Kakariko is a hint region in OoTMM. In-game, the text overlay calls this area 'Kakariko Village'. It is found in Ocarina of Time.
The Kakariko hint region excludes Kakariko's Graveyard, which is its own separate region.
Windmill / Dampe's Grave checks
With no ER, checks within the Windmill are part of the Kakariko hint region.
With no ER, checks within Dampe's Grave are part of the Kakariko's Graveyard hint region.

Kakariko Gold Skulltulas (General)
Damaging Gold Skulltulas with Pots

Pots are a viable way to kill skulltulas in other places too.
Pots can be picked up and thrown at Gold Skulltulas. If the pot hits, the Skulltula dies and leaves a token.
Four out of five child Gold Skulltulas in Kakariko Village can be collected this way. This requires no items.
Kakariko GS Ladder
The Gold Skulltula on the tower's ladder is ordinarily obtained through the use of a ranged weapon such as slingshot or bombchus, but there are other methods.

Climbing a ladder does not deactivate Infinite Sword Glitch, so this can be used to damage the skulltula.

On Death Mountain Trail, near Death Mountain Crater as Child Link, speak to the owl. Afterwards, stand in the owl's shadow to be transported on top of Impa's House in Kakariko.
While on top of the roof, swap ages using Age Change upon Song of Time.
Any source of damage is enough to kill the Skulltula.
When the Token spawns, it can be collected with a backflip.

Windmill HP
In vanilla, the Windmill contains a freestanding Heart Piece which is available as Adult or Child. In OoTMM it has a shuffled item in its stead.
Windmill HP as Adult with Nothing

This is useful in seeds where it's possible to be Adult Link without Song of Time. This is because the end of Dampe's Grave has a Song of Time Block.
There are multiple pillars on which Link can stand to jump to the middle.
Windmill HP with Boomerang

The Windmill HP can be retrieved from the ground level using Boomerang.
Windmill HP as Child with Jumpslash

Entering the Back of Impa's House

On Death Mountain Trail, near Death Mountain Crater as Child Link, speak to the owl. Afterwards, stand in the owl's shadow to be transported on top of Impa's House in Kakariko.
Entrance Randomiser settings can cause this Owl to transport Link to a different location, making this method unreliable.
Entering the Back of Impa's House with a Cucco

Does not break logic as long as there is logical access to daytime (such as via access to a time-passing area like Hyrule Field). Logic understands that you are unable to do this if you lack access to the Soul of Cuccos in Soul Shuffle.

For the 'As Adult from Tower' version, the pause is needed to prevent talking to the NPC. To do this, whilst unpausing, pressing the sidehop inputs (left+A). (This occasionally has relevance for other strats too.)

Entering the Adult Shooting Gallery as Child
Entering the Adult Shooting Gallery as Child with Age Change upon Song of Time

The loading zone for Adult Link's Shooting Gallery is present for both ages. For Child Link, though, the loading zone is covered up by a pile of bricks.
Using Age Change upon Song of Time, it's possible to stand inside the construction area as Child Link and swap to Adult Link. This places Adult Link 'inside' the house. Adult Link can then move near the loading zone and swap to Child Link. Child Link will now be inside the pile of bricks and able to stand on top of the loading zone.
This is useful in niche scenarios in Entrance Randomiser seeds where we're able to swap ages before we enter Adult Shooting Gallery's loading zone but not after. This can occur if:
- The following area is an OoT area where Age Swap is restricted (e.g. Hyrule Castle/Outside Ganon's Castle).
- The following area is an MM area.

Kakariko Bazaar Clip
Kakariko Bazaar Clip as Child with Jumpslash

- Target the wall by the door
- Backflip
- ESS turn left 1 frame
- Sidehop right
- While walking forwards and targetted, do an 'untargeted backflip'. To do this, release target on the same frame as pressing A to backflip. This can be pause buffered.
- Re-target, walk towards the wall and jumpslash.
- You may need to hold
down-leftafter the jumpslash to avoid voiding.
The backflip and sidehop are unnecessary. The important part of the setup is getting the right angle via targetting the wall, the ESS turn and the untargeted backflip.
A setup is not needed to perform this strat; it is possible to find a good angle with trial and error.
This strat is useful in Interior ER seeds because this entrance is Adult-Only.
Kakariko Bazaar Clip as Adult with Triple Slash Clip

'No ESS turn required' setup discovered by jjpower2.
You will need these items
- Sword - for the Triple Slash
- First Person Item - for the Clip
- Shield - to prevent being pushed back in bounds after the clip
After the triple slash clip, continue holding target, then shield. Then release target.

This strat is useful at nighttime when the door is locked.
Kakariko Medicine Shop Clip
There are two shops in Kakariko that the game calls 'Potion Shop'. The one that's a transferee from Hyrule Market is also named 'Medicine Shop' by in-game text.
Medicine Shop Clip with Jumpslash

Useful for:
- Gaining access to interiors at night through the loading zones behind the doors.
- Speed - skips loading and unloading the shop scene or going the whole way around the village.
The setups are not needed for this clip; picking a random jumpslash angle sometimes works.
Entering Bottom of the Well
Entering Bottom of the Well as Child with Age Change upon Song of Time

As Adult Link, the well in Kakariko contains no water. By abusing age swap, we can use this to gain access to Bottom of the Well as Child.
This strat is only possible with access to Age Change upon Song of Time.
- Start as Adult Link
- Fall/Climb down the well.
- Walk near the stone wall.
- Play Song of Time to change age.
- As Child Link, go across the loading zone to enter Bottom of the Well.
Entering Bottom of the Well as Adult with Age Change upon Song of Time

This is a similar strat to the one detailed above, except when we cross the loading zone, we're going to be Adult Link instead.
This is useful in niche scenarios in Entrance Randomiser seeds where we're able to swap ages before we enter Bottom of the Well's loading zone but not after. This can occur if:
- The following area is an OoT area where Age Swap is restricted (e.g. Hyrule Castle/Outside Ganon's Castle).
- The following area is an MM area.
For the sake of clarity: this trick relates to entering Bottom of the Well's loading zone in Kakariko Village. It doesn't have anything to do with the dungeon itself.
To perform this strat:
- (Optional) As Adult Link, get close to the stone wall at the bottom of Kakariko's well. Swap to Child Link.
- As Child Link, position yourself close to the loading zone such that, when you swap ages, Adult Link will be behind the stone wall.
- Swap ages back to Adult Link
- Enter the Bottom of the Well's loading zone.
