Regional Shortcuts

Regional Shortcut is a class of Entrance (i.e.; a loading zone between two regions) that is defined by OoTMM.

Only Ocarina of Time contains regional shortcuts.

Various one-way routes (such as Ikana Canyon→Southern Swamp) are instead categorised as One-Ways.

List of Regional Shortcuts

• Lost Woods ↔ Goron City
• Lost Woods ↔ Zora's River
• Lake Hylia ↔ Zora's Domain

Regional Shortcuts in Entrance Randomiser

Regional shortcuts can only be shuffled as part of a larger set of overworld entrances. One of the following two mutually exclusive options must be enabled:

• Major Regions Shuffle.
• Overworld Shuffle.

Overworld Shuffle

Regional shortcuts are automatically included as part of Overworld Shuffle.
